I cannot over stress the importance of folic acid. It's essential for your unborn baby. Please google "spina bifida" and read up on it.

Mums-to-be are advised to start taking folic acid at least 3 months before they conceive. Yes, that's how seriously doctors/hospitals that know their onions take folic acid supplements seriously.

If you cannot take the folic acid with diluted Ribena or cup of milo, then insert it inside eba or tuwo and swallow it.
