It depends on the week of pregnancy,
Do increase water intake and go back for antenatal next week,even if you are not booked,to get ready tested, hopefully it's nothing serious.

It happened to me to but dehydration also causes it. So drink lots of water henceforth to flush excess protein in your urine.
