I think you can have coffee once in a while in SMALL quantity. Everything should be in moderation. Pregnancy cravings can be very difficult to overlook. That was how I was craving abacha two days ago. I passed the woman's shop, but I had to go back because I couldn't hold it. I asked if there's kaun(potash), she said YES. I just told her to give me HALF plate. I enjoyed every bit of it and I'm perfectly fine. No cramping. Nothing. I'm sure baby is fine too. I think we can enjoy our cravings in SMALL quantities.

When my blood level was low in my first pregnancy, my doctor gave me JAWARON syrup. 10mils daily. My mother inlaw placed me on vegetables and meat . Ugu especially.

You can get blood tonic as suggested and also try ugwu with milk... You can always squeeze your ugwu leaves and drain the juice for consumption.

I craved and drank it almost every day some part of my first trimester, I couldn't hold it. Google says not more than a cup of coffee a day, but I tried not to finish one satchel at a time.

My August people how una dey oooo. Mama Sassy256 my able cappo how are you doing na. I've really been excited since I realized today is 21st July. You know why? Because my EDD is 21st August hahaha and i'm almost sure that baby will come before that day sef. Will commence my leave from 1st Week of August (after next week) to enable me travel and do some last minute preparations before the arrival of my prince . I'm just excited as if na tomorrow be the day sef. Lol.

Ehee for those who have crossed 35weeks, abeg eh, no vex, how una dey take turn for bed? Infact how una take dey manage to sleep abeg? For me it is the most challenging thing at this stage of my preggy journey o. Abeg if you get better method of sleeping, turning and getting up from the bed please share with me mbok. The heaviness is real.

36 weeks is 9months. You can start then.
Something as little as doing house chores can really help alot.
Trekking counts too. Just make sure you're on your feet almost all the time.
It makes labor easier and also prepares your body for the pain, you might end up not feeling any pain at all during labor.

36 weeks is 9 months? I thought it's from 37 weeks. Oboii I never dey ready oo. Well from the things you listed above, I could say I've been active. Maybe I should reduce my activeness a little lol. To avoid emergency mbok.

Turning on the bed ke? I just try to scoot myself close to the edge of the bed and push myself up with my hands. The struggle is real. Is anyone feeling really bad pelvic pressure when they get up to pee at night?

No be small July come and be going honestly can't wait for August too. My tummy has already faced down sef and I'm 35weeks o, I'm suspecting this baby will come earlier in fact I'm hoping he will come earlier sef.
Turning on the bed na management now o, just do it anyhow u can we're at the very last lap and we'll come out with testimonies.

That's the only problem but you can add milk to reduce it.... You'll just have to bear it for you and your LO.
