You're looking in the wrong Continent. The cheapest ipod video you can get would be from Hong Kong or China, And it won't even be as cheap as $150.00 You'd get it for at least $350. Go to alibaba.com and try and find wholesalers, talk to them and see if they would be willing to sell you just one.
