While commending all for your intelligent contribution to this forum, I want to find out about the share certificate of last public offer of Oceanic Bank Plc, I have not got any certificate, Is any body out there that has collected his/her own.

Also regarding last public offer by First Bank plc, when is likely that the certificate be ready. I read recently that the FBN offer was over Subscribe by 500 per cent and that up to 250billion has been returned to the participant investors. Please, how true is this information? And is there anybody that has got his own excess money back? Thank you for your usual and prompt response.
