POLICE OFFICERS DEATH: AREWA YOUTHS UNITED MOURNS.

It is with great dismay that we received the news of the helicopter crash in Jos on the 14th of March 2012, undertaking a national assignment which led to the unavoidable death of DIG Mr John Haruna, ACP Garba Yelwa, CPS Alexander Pwol-ja and Sergeant Sonatium Shirunam, all occupants of the crashed helicopter.

The inevitable lost of these great men no doubt is a lost not only to their immediate families but the entire Nation.
At Arewa Youths United, we commiserate with the families of the deceased and the entire Nigerian Police Force who lost its great men undertaking a national assignment. We pray Al-mighty Allah to grant them eternal rest in peace and also grant the families of the deceased, the Nigerian Police Force and the entire nation the fortitude to bear the irreparable lost. Amen.
