If you have a job offer that is a company that is willing to employ you then you have every thing at your table.infact, this western country prefer highly skilled persons like doctor,nurse,engineer etc if you are just looking for a ordinary job just do not bother travelling abroad.It is better you go for study and then look for job after graduation.Best of luck
