no bro,these sylables r changed as d yrs advance,u myt b suprised dat wat d outgoing 100l did may b diff 4rm wat d incoming 100l wul do.but not 2 worry remind me nxt thursday,i myt get it 4 u,if is not bulky i wul produce d soft copy and 4ward it 2 u.all i hav 4 now is d courses 1 wul run 4rm 200 to 600level.stay fit
