PROCEDURE FOR TANK FARM DELIVERY
Seller issues SPA contract to be signed and deposited with seller and buyer’s bank.

Buyer release to seller Irrevocable Standing Payment Order (ISPO) or Bank Comfort Letter without disclaimer in favour of seller indicating the bank’s undertaking of payment as soon as product gets to buyer’s storage and Quality and Quantity (Q and Q) test is conducted.

Buyer releases Tank Farm details for confirmation

Seller issues NOR to the Tank Farm

Buyer raises Irrevocable Transferable and Divisible Bank Guarantee (MT103) for the whole product.

Seller issues 2% performance bond

Seller issues ETA to the Tank farm

Q and Q is performed at the buyer’s expense.

Delivery takes place.

Buyer’s Bank effects full payment via SWIFT or KTT money wire transfer to Seller’s account and all nominated accounts as per SPA within 24 hours.

The buyer and the seller each shall be responsible for the bank charges relating to its side of the banking transactions.
