Admin/Finance Manager:
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting/Business Admin/Hotel Management/Food Technology/Social Sciences/Psychology. An MBA Finance/Administration will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in similar position
Duties:
• Overall responsibility of the effective running of the hotel
• Responsible for leading and harmonizing the strategic planning functions of the business
• Direct and manage the hotel’s financial and budget activities to maximize profit
• Payroll and employee wages preparation
• Oversee all procurement processes including suppliers and contractors
• Promote and develop the business
• Develop new and manage existing relationships with regulatory and corporate bodies and foreigners
The Person:
• Advanced numerical ability with high level computer literacy
• Excellent leadership skills, Conflict resolution and supervision
• Fluent in English; ability to speak French or German is an advantage
• Excellent Business Development and Relationship Management skills

Supervisor:
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Food Technology/Social Sciences/Psychology. Professional qualification in hospitality business is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in similar position
Duties:
• Overall responsibility of day-to-day operations in the hotel
• Overall responsibility for staff effectiveness
• Scheduling and assigning staff to specific duties
• Supervise the overall maintenance and repairs on the interior and exterior of the hotel facilities
• Maintain a record system to ensure business continuity
The Person:
• Fluent in English; ability to speak French or German is an advantage
• Ability to maximize performance through ensuring a positive and productive work environment
• Good leadership skills
• High level computer literacy
• Ability to bond the work team

Customer Service Personnel/Receptionist:
Qualification: Minimum of First Degree/HND in any of Arts/Social Science/Public Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar position
Duties:
• Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows in line with company policy
• Image of the hotel and business developer
• Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to guests, on request, while maximizing sales opportunities
• Overall responsibility for Customer Satisfaction at the first instance
• Conduct regular checks throughout the day and report any security or maintenance issues to line manager
• Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
• Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times
The Person:
• Excellent customer service behaviour in dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Good numerical ability
• Fluent in English; ability to speak French is an advantage
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Good leadership skills
• High level computer literacy
• Team player

Caterer
Qualification: Must have certification in at least 3 out of Hospitality & Catering/Food & Beverage/Cuisine/Culinary Management/Restaurant Management/Food Science & Technology
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar position
Duties:
• Work with chef/cook staff to develop a menu
• Generate good food in large kitchen
• Serve and distribute food
• Oversee effective running of the restaurant

Cooks: Experienced in African & Continental Dishes, Chinese Dishes an added advantage.

Technician: Experienced in managing big generators and maintenance services
Cleaners/Laundry staff: Experienced in working
Porters: Experienced in working
Restaurant staff/Bartenders: Experienced in working in similar position in a big hotel

General Requirements for all positions:
• Ability to speak and write English
• Experience in dealing with expatriate and national clients.
• Must have a general knowledge of computers
• Team player ready to grow with the business
