Depends on whether you are referring to horizontal or vertical mergers; or between domestic-domestic companies or domestic-international companies.

In my opinion o, the challenges are the same - Inconsistent legislation. It seems that investors are not confident in Nigerian business because the laws are always changing on them - Nigerian law suits the people in power.

@Veryme - If this is school work, I think you will have a good start there.
