How to Apply



1. Download the form here on the Scholar Sponsor Programme website or obtain the forms from any of the Scholar Sponsor Programme subscription participants.

The download package contains two files; the application form in (Ms Word 2007+) format and a PDF file with instructions to guide you through your application. You can find the download link at the bottom of this page or on the home page. The package comes in a zipped folder which you have to extract to access the files.



2. Pay the processing fee of N35,000 into the bank account below:

Please note that application closes on the 15th of June for September 2012 award and October 15th for the January 2013 award. Selected applicants would be screened at their geo-political zones.



3. Scan your bank payment teller (you’ll need to submit a scanned copy along with your completed form).



4. Submit your completed form along with a scanned copy of your teller using the “Submit application” form here on our website.

Qualified applicants will go through online Aptitude Test. The selection process is outlined below:

Take subject-matter exams to assess readiness for the rigor of study abroad.
Be interviewed.
List of shortlisted candidates to be considered for scholarship will be forwarded to the Admitting University who determines candidates for admission. All so admitted will be awarded scholarship tenable at the Admitting Universities. The names of awardees will be published in the media on or before the first week of August.
Converse on thoughts on employability and wealth creation entrepreneurial proposals.
Go through final selection panels.
