1. Buyer issue LOI to the seller


2. All parties sign NCNDA

3. Seller issue signed and seal draft contract to the buyer

4. Assignor’s bank, issues to seller’s bank a Performance Guarantee
(PG) of Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollar (US$ 500,000.00)
guaranteeing the issuance of Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC)
within seven (7) banking days of assignor’s bank receipt of the Seller’s bank
2% Pre-Advice Performance Guarantee and Authority To Sell reflecting Proof of
Product, issued by NNPC

5. Seller’s western correspondent bank issues a 2% Pre-Advice PG.

6. Refinery issues one year revolving DLC to sellers bank in favor of seller

7. Seller issues 2% PB.

8. Deliveries and other processes continue as in contract
