Basically, u'll need to install software on ur pc from the site u'll use eg livestream.com, then u'll need to connect a video camera to your pc too. A tv card might also come into play.

Depending on the size of the project and the quality u want, there's dedicated hardware for this. Videocasters i think they r called.

ustream.com and livestream.com can help you, you can stream the videos there after opening your own account/channel, you'll get an embed code for each channel under your account which you can just copy and paste on your site, this works for any kind of site, html, xhmtl, php, asp, asp.net, even cms's like wordpress, joomla, drupal, ExpressionEngine, etc

also note that the free accounts come with adverts on your videos, am not sure there's even an option to regulate the kind of ads so expect anything, i mean anything!!!
