Yesterday evening at about 7:30pm, i had a balance of about 220 naira airtime on my account and also had about 40mb browsing bundle left. i was about to make a call when i had the voice saying 'your account is too low to make this call' this made me check my credit balance and found it reading 0.00 naira!. i thought this was a joke and i loaded another 400 naira to be sure it wasn't. i later slept off and woke up in the middle of this night to find out my airtime had been stolen again making my account read 0.00 naira without making any call !...anyone who can explain this please reply. |

just maybe, there is a rat in your house that is stealing the fish,please check it out. |

@deblikings:there is no rat eating the fish whatsoever. just called their customer care and was told some people have the same complaint, that i should call back later in the day, if anyone has same experience, please confirm by sharing... |

I had same issue yestaday @ about the same time with the OP. I loaded N200 which was successful, just to browse; but i could not browse. When i checked my bal. it has changed and was now reading 0.00 naira. MTN is yet to explain what happened. |
