@harbioolah i can understand ur plight that the fees are much,but i must correct notion about paying 348k and sitting on the floor. . . .lasu's school of medicine is one of d best in d country with state of d heart facilities and a very high conducive environment for learning. . . Go to lasucom at ikeja and see for urself

i cant talk about Lasucom bt wnt u spend 2 years in d main campus b4 moving 2 Lasucom?
Besides only half will move 2 lasucom afta d 2nd yr cos many will b dropped 2 lower courses

This goes to show how indefferent and selfcentered fashola is to lagosians....... How do you expect someone that is receiving 18thousand minimum wage to pay a fee of above 300thousand..
Fashola is an ingrate.....
Other better state university are not even charging one-third of that figure.........

Pls stop misinforming people...LASU is way better that before...it now offers value for money and thing are getting better...u get ur result before the start of the next semester...and academic profiles are ready every session...there is significant construction work going on in d campus (the LASG is investing over 4billion naira this year on infrastructure)...as for the high fees, Lagos state indigenes are given scholarship if dey have a Cgpa of 3.5 or higher...while there is an even beta package for students from other states with a cgpa of 4.5 or higher (they get full tuition scholarship and 20k for books)...

This is a new lasu...embrace it...the best of mind would have no problem enjoying this full tuitions scholarship....
PS: Note that if u are a Lagos state indigene, u would get the lagos state scholarship (250k for 3.5 cgpa above) and if u have a cgpa or 4.5 above u get your tuiotion fee back plus 20k for books...So go ahead and forget d Hippocrates...chose LASU

I am a recently graduated student waiting for NYSC, I already have my notification of result...and my certiface batch would be signed soon...by the way I enjoyed the university scholarship ( LASU scholar) all through my stay...though mine was just 25k...but urs would be bigger e.g 298k for a major like engineering...

@amare i agree with on the issue of lasu getting better with result processing and provision of new structures,but i beg to differ on the issue of the scholarship. The new scholarship nothing but a fluke and an attempt to short change those students. Am also a scholar on the old scheme of 4.0 cgpa. You and i know that having 4.5 in a session in lasu especially in management sciences is like the proverbial camel passing through the needle's eye...or are u telling me if 4.5 was the benchmark in ur time u will be a beneficiary?... To be candid i think the review of the scheme was un-called for.... And even when one qualifies for the scholarship,the money is not always forthcoming due to beareucracy
