All course can go 4 SSC cuz ur course isnt useful dia as combatant concerns, bt u'v 2 choose ur course 4 DSSC subject 2 if a post of ur course is vacant.

lol u are getting me all wrong! Am not in d it for the money at all! How much can they pay? Am in it because i love the military way of life, i love the discipline, the order and brotherhood. I love my country too and i dont mind putting my life in the line for it. Cheers! And congrats to those dt made the airforce list

Yes, my man. I luv military so much. I'v chosen d ambition since I was in pry schl. I loved playin wt toy guns, fightin, luv playin inside bush wen I was a kid - my elders told me so. Pple tot I was childish 4 choosin soldier as a career until they realised I meant it seriously wen I gained admission in2 higher institution. I joined Army Cadet Corps in my schl; I partook in several aerobic&physical trainings&exercises, all wt d aim of avin military knowledge,strength&ability 2 realise d ambition. Dia's no military trainin I'm nt aware of. D only constraint dia now is ds hell "godfatherism". God dey! Ds means, now, dt d poors av no hope in ds nation - wia re we goin in ds nation? I didnt mak it 4 airforce now despite all my sufferings,expenses (loan),punishments,embarrassment,sleepless nights&especially,my well-performance in dia aptitude test. Wat a great pain in my soul now! D only hope I'm avin now is ds Army SSC/DSSC. I cudnt apply 4 Navy cuz my course isnt dia. I chose SSC cuz dia's high degree of godfatherism in DSSC dn SSC; no strong godfather wishes 2 let his candidate b a combatant. My man, I pray we all make it. God shall destroy all godfathers rulin@ our own expenses. They collected our own money 4rm our limited wealths 2 cater 4 dia own pikins upon dia abundant wealths. God punish dem all!

Besides ,Joining military cann't make you rich but u will be more than just fine.

@Ode4army: You have spoken my mind exactly bro. I too have similar passion for the army! I tried to enter NDA earlier on in life but didnt make it, I guess it wasnt my time. I love the military sooo much! Any time i see a soldier i feel so jealous because i know thats what am supposed to be. The discipline, strength and sense of brotherhood endears me a lot the armed forces. Being a civilian and getting a civilian job makes me feel sad. I have for the past three months been doin rigorous exercise(4 hrs daily) against camp, I had also downloaded Airforce softcopy fitness guide and have learnt all there is to learn about NDA and what to expect.That i didnt make this airforce list has been devastating! But i know all hope is not lost. My hope is on God that there will either be a second batch OR that according to His will i will be shortlisted for NA ssc. To all that didnt make this airforce list and to those dat made it plz hold on to God. For it is Thru Him that you will be commisioned! Cheers!!!!

Yes, u're right. I'v also informed som pple dt re very conversant wt newspapers. Airforce shortlisted 20/state. Finally, those greedy pple ll shortlist @most 4/state. It's only Army dt shortlists predominantly. Can we meet on fbk&2go? Search me wt "adylert306" dt's my username on both. It's well

In all I v had ma time wit d army atleast did ma youth service there as an instructor in military map reading n point to point. They r fun to be wit n represent another frontier of discipline n self respect though can't say bout some of the big officers. I choose ssc too n hope to be shortlisted,even told a colonel that someday ma students go bang leg for me. I wish us luck n for d records ssc is d best option Bleep dssc dts for baby officer.
