4) O level/ ND original result/certificates

gud day 2 u all again,na ezekobaba, all incomin student shuld pls note dat dey r 2 com wit all credentials cos poly ib get craz 4 head nd dey fit ask anytin. Also d hopefull student u note dat possibly d 2nd list will b out probably endin of dis month nd d clearance ll also comence bak by ida 15th or 17th of dis month. 1, Acceptance Fee Slip.
2, Addmission Slip.
3, Cbt Result Slip.
4, Jamb Original Slip.
5, O'level slip. (if u dont av d original, u can bring d scratch card u used in checking d result 4 confirmation)
6, State of Origin...(4 indegenes )
7, Date of Birth & Testimonial( gonna be required by our various departments)
then u gonna be directed 2 take an OATH @ d school OATH office>(#250).
8, M3DICAL Check-Up(dis should be by January..(#1250).
Then u gonna paste 3 of ya passport photograph 2 all d credentials.....
