Hello, The office plotter has been giving this message- 'open window and check printhead cover is propely closed' i don google am, download all relevant info/manuals - tried to DIY- no dice. if there are any peeps in the house who know how to repair HP plotters- plotters , not printers please provide your contact details and i will get in touch with them . thanks. |
