LASU TO HOLD
CONVOCATION
CEREMONY IN JUNE!
News emanating from the
feelers have it that Lagos
State University is set to hold
its next convocation
ceremoney on June 11,12
and 13 of this year.
BlackBox discovered that
Lagos State Governor,Barr.
Babatunde Fashola has
agreed to visit the school on
June 13th to observe
proceedings.
This revelation was made to
BlackBox by the Chairman
Ceremonies and Events
commitee of Lagos State
University,Dr. Adebola
Ademeso who disclosed that
the university is set to
normalise all the anomalies
inherent in the process
which has always led to a
delayed ceremony. He further
stated that after this years'
convocation which would
consists of about 4
graduating sets,LASU shall
endeavour to hold the
ceremony anually to stop an
accumulated process.
The last time the School held
a convocation ceremony was
on 10th,11th and 12th of
December in 2008 which is
precisely 4years ago and
already there are several
graduates who are yet to be
officially convocated by the
citadel.
