I see various opinions online trying to push the entire blame on the school on how they should have separated girls and boys from staying in the same room, why a staff of the school should have shared a room with those students and I think they are not being fair.

See, there was just no enough way the school could have effectively policed those children. I mean, even if they were to separate the girls from the boys, how are we sure they won't do truth and dare to the point of performing a few homosexual acts. Parents are more interested in being friends with their kids than being parents. Friendship with any child is earned through experience and trust...after 18 years of age. You are only accountable for what and how you raise your own, you have no idea how the others are choosing to raise theirs.
