Batshuayi is improving and for someone who doesn't play regularly, well you get, not many sub strikers would perform better than him, not even Llorente.

I don't even know of any striker better than Batshuayi off the bench.

Maybe Paco, not even sure Mandzuki, Giroud, not even Sturidge. Not many teams have what Man City have in Aguero and G.Jesus.
