What about the people that changed institution today or yesterday? How does that work? How will those be sent?

It enters their database faster than it reflects on your slip. So they are all sent together.

@lizyl, just the way you registered on Nairaland, and you were added in less than 5 minute, that's how fast they switch your institution, and once the change is over, they compose the list fully, and send it to various the institutions for processing.
