I strongly object that motive by the new IG to start using rubber bullet.

My reasons

Armed rubbers will have more confidence knowing fully well that they cant be
challenged while they maintain their sophisticated weapons.
The police will still misuse it the same way they shot in any direction.

rubber bullets makes the victim unconscious but not death. The police will still make as many people as
possible unconscious.
