I believe the boko haram issue has gone beyound the governmemet. It is clear the president alone cannot handle this. It should be the collective effort of all especially those in north. Has the sultan lost his power? I think he and the emirs are more to be blamed than the president for the lingering carnage. The sultan of old I know would have given an order and the boko haram would have run into hiding with their tail between their legs.
