She wasn't my girlfriend in school but we were very close. We were both part of a larger circle of friends so it's not a one-on-one relationship per se. We visited each other, walked together, laughed together, missed each other when we are apart but I am not one that uses the words love, boyfriend, girlfriend lightly so we never really used those words. Anyway, we've been merrily married for some 14 years (by June 2012).
