I intend to bulid a website which would serve as a database or repository of information for a massive group of users, I want to ensure that information recall is very fast, right copying is disallowed, copying of stored data is not alllowed etc - what type of program website development do I use? I intend to give the web design out to an expert but of course I should be able to update the information on regular basis. Kinldy assist by advising on site develpoment software to use, and other related issues Thank you |
