PROCEDURE

1. Buyer signs SPA with banking details and return to Seller.
2. Seller’s Signs SPA with banking details and sends it to Buyer.
3. Buyers bank contact Sellers bank confirming buyers capability to fulfil obligation and request POP.
4. Seller’s releases product POP to buyer bank for confirmation
5. Buyer release super cargo and inspectors details.
6. Buyer inspectors’ board and conduct q and q test.
7. Buyer places BANK GUARANTEE on confirmation of q and q report
8. Seller vessel and buyer vessel long side and transshipment is done.
9. Buyer pays Seller and agents by Electronic Fund Transfer for each
Quantity delivered until Buyer’s vessel is filled
