How do you feel about the aggresive Chinese business and population exchange with Africa compared to the exchange that was once dominated by Europe and USA with Africa?

Here's an article that shows how China is really trying to reach out in so many new ways.

It seems very important that African nations reach out to the world. But, at the same time African nations must protect their natural resources for themselves to use as well.

China is investing so much in Nigeria and in other African nations that the US and European nations are now in a panic.

India is starting to do the same thing.

It seems that for so long European nations and the US only took from Africa, propped up governments, so that the newly independent countries would end up in wars and stay distracted, while they took all of Africa's natural resources and invested little in infrastructure and little in educational institutions.

China and India seem to want Africa's resources too, but they don't look to be trying to prop up puppet governments and they are investing in major infrastructure projects.

What's the better deal? It's yet to be known.

What we do know is the US and Europe are not thrilled that China and India are nuclear weapons nations that are building up their militaries and saying to the western nations, you no longer run the world and we can make friends with Africa too.
