Urgent help here...

I applied for a visa to the DHA since a month now and haven't gotten a response yet. The conference I'm attending is for this weekend and my flight is Wednesday 3rd of October by noon. I've tried sending mails and following up with them and yet no response.

Pls, what can I do at this point?? Flight and hotel plans have been made and crucial that I attend.
