Please I am building a block of 4 flats 3bedroom each and I av finally gotten to d roofing stage..please the quotations I am receiving aree out of this world..I thought aat this stage I would almost b done with d project but the quotations for th alluminium roof I have received ranges betwween 1.5m to 1.7m for aall materials needed and workmanship and this is quite outrageous for me...kindly share your experrence..how much did urs cost u and what kind of building..!

I roofed mine in the month of May 2012, and it cost me # 1.7m. It's two 3 bedroom flat with 4 bedroom duplex ( equivalent of 4 flat ). The aluminum is .55mm longspan.

I am building a a twin 2 bedroom and my total cost came to approx 1 million. I think the roofing cost depends on a lot of factors ;

1. Size of building
2. Height of king pole.
3. The design of the roof
4. Type of wood.
5. Thickness of aluminium material and brand.

does that include the wood work? please explain.
