phantom: what you should have done is keep the original scorecard and CRITICIZE it...... ^^^I don't see where he quoted any source, so i'm guessing the rating is his personal opinion which he's entitled to. On topic: i'd rate Rochas above average until we start seeing concrete achievements on ground. Right now he's talking a good talk which i'm yet to see backed up with results. But policy/passion-wise, i'll score him high. From what i hear, he needs to lay more emphasis on the quality of work done, and less on welfarist/socialist policies. But i'm giving him a long honeymoon period b'cos i know the mess he met when he resumed office, and the paucity of funds he has to work with (which is bloody criminal considering Imo State is supposed to be an oil producing state). I'd put Amaechi in the 'outstanding' section at the top, and move Peter Obi one step downwards to the 'average' section. |

Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me, but i didn't see Sule Lamido of Jigawa State. I'd rate him bordeline 'average/above average'. |

Now take a look at what he has achieved so far: free education with d greatest impact, heroes square of 7000 capacity, Ojukwu center, ICAPS, young scientist college, over 20 completed roads, concorde hotel facelift, ADAPALM revitalization, over 10 completed city gates or walls. Amaechi cud not achieve all these in 1 yr despite sitting on huge allocation. Roads in PH are a nightmare when it rains. |

phantom: the original scorecard: Uduaghan is performing poorly in Delta state. He does not deserve a 4 star rating. Could it be that you might be related to him? I ask because most people will agree that Uduaghan is not doing well as governor of Delta State. |

EMMA BC: The rating was done based on state governors' performance and achievements in the past one year using physical and social infrastructure, Impacts on people and security as parameters I think I agree with the way you scored them. |

EMMA BC: The rating was done based on state governors' performance and achievements in the past one year using physical and social infrastructure, Impacts on people and security as parameters Pls move peter Obi down to average performer and move Orji down to under average. I think Rochas has tried in the area of free education, free school uniform, free books, school bags and pocket money for primary and secondary pupils. For IMSU students and the poly students he reduced their school fees and gave Imo indegenes in these institutions free education. They are also entitled to 100 thousand naira grant per year for those of them in IMSU and 50 thousand naira grant per year for those of them in poly. He has not done as much as Amaechi and Akpabio in the area of roads and infrastructure but so far he is trying. |
