Asian Powerlifting Championships, organized in India can be classified as Men Power Lifting and Women Powerlifting. Generally Power lifting includes three lifts: the Squat, Bench Press and Dead lift. In India, National Championships Competitions are organized on a large scale with candidates participating from all corners of the country, but most of the participants are from Haryana & Punjab. |
