Contract Staffs are outsourced by ICSL . I think its located in Ilupeju. They pay around 78k monthly. Nature of contract if u ask me is. No increament. No promotion. No career path. U re only entitled to annual leave. Mind u only HND nd ND are been outsourced thru ICSL for this Contract job

Full staffs are taken up by the bank itself. Only Bsc less than 24 yrs and a 2'1. (and some say Only federal nd private uni grad). Pay is lil above 100.

Heard now they pay ND holder lil above 50K. Nt sure though. Buh am sure of HND as I posted above.. Mind u they employ nD nd HND directly. They outsource the recruitment

Before merger btw access/inter icsl use to be sole recruiter of access bank plc, but now icsl share it with other recruit firm for inter called vla. Icsl not only recruit for access bank but many other bank inclusive. icsl requirement for recruitn for access bank is hnd or nd upper credit, age less dan 24yrs for nd holders, @ present dere's an embergo on hnd recruitmnt in access, no longer take hnd. Job function: hnd's a recruited for dere front teller(paying tellers), customer care officer, admin officer, while nd holders are bulk tellers, no access to log on computer system.career path: no career, employment is static, no appraisal no promotn. With the merger btw access/inter access no longer take hnd, dere making nd holders do the work hnd's does in order to cut cost. Salary: hnd final take home 73k, nd final take home 43k, but nd holders of inter collectd 55k, so trying to upgrade access nd 43k to inter 55k now. But @ present in access bank no more recruitmnt of hnd holders, unless u use ur nd & age cut down. Access takes bsc 2.1, age 24yrs, federal or private, no state uni, direct recruitmnt, take home 101k.the direct recruitmnt of access is an advanced contract job. The application is on net not but the issue is they removing it once in a while. At least btw now and 30 Sept, maintain a close watch with their website.. They write test almost every month now. A friend wrote last month, I have mine on sat. I applied a month a go.
