Computer literacy
Very good interpersonal skills
Good Oral and written English skills

Ability to work and remain calm under serious pressure
Ability to work effectively as a team member

In one word Sir! Location is a major determinant right? YES. Sure I know it would.
But, how will you identify applicants who claim they reside within that environs while they dont?
Me think chance should be given @least for the interview to those who honestly used their original location.

All those are my selfish thoughts, and I'm sure I'm not alone in it, cos I wished I Got THe Job.lol

We got applications from Kogi, Kaduna, Benin, Ekiti and a lot of non Lagos addresses.
We also got from Epe, Ikorodu, Badagry e.t.c.
We believe productivity will be affected if you have to travel for hours daily to and from work.
We want happy staff (Its part of our values to keep our staff happy)
We feel it may not be fair to have people come to our office if we consider their location as a major disadvantage.
I'm sorry if you feel bad about it.

Anyway, there were other disqualifying factors.
