Everytime i eat like termite, i often feel hungry and i dnt go to toilet d way i eat. Thus resulting in obesity/potbelly. I can't just cotrol it. Pls is there any drug to control my apetite? Need ur help and advice. Tnks |

eat more of protein and fibre foods, they are more filling for long time. Reduce intake of carbohydrate. |
