Go and download another platform from instaforex[dot]com and see if you will have same issues

i av a problem here, and itz am not getting Easy's strategy...anytime i open my mt4, inside d chart is a red rectangular box above with numbers inside, and a green one below. This red and green boxes are always on d chart. So, when do you guyz see d alert? Is it wen d moving price reach d value in d rectangular box? Will there be a colour change?
