I want to post a four page business report to my Client in Dallas. I asked my Secretary to get the letter and send it through UPS when she collects it from my client in Warri, but she is asking I pay N24,000 into her account to send it from Warri or N22,000 to send it from Benin. I am in Accra now, so I cant do it myself. Is UPS that costly? |
