Everyday we read on almost all forum that education standard is falling. It is now common knowledge even to those that are not lettered.
It is also common knowledge that everyone has an accusing finger but I will like to just forget about the roles of other stakeholders and face the teachers here.
What would your response be if you were asked to choose between a position as a teacher in the city and a principal in a local village with no social amenities.

it's def being a city teacher coz what u gain in the city is beyond the city's money but also the city dwellers'way of life

Life is unfair. There can't be job for everybody is the city, after all places are filled, the other people will resort to the village.
But.. if its to choose, be wise Oooh...
