What happened is that First bank has job security compared to other banks and also, in first bank, you don't need to spend your salary b'cos allowances thay are paying is enough to cater for you. People really wants to move from other banks to first bank. I know this b'cos i did my NYSC in first bank. If u want more explanation, let m know.

Nontheless, questions b4 me @ my interview are as follows: tell me abt ur self, wat do U̶̲̥̅̊ knw abt gtb, tell me abt any latest development in d banking sector, how do banks generate dia income, tell me abt ur longtime career plan, wat was ur role in ur previous job & y did U̶̲̥̅̊ quit, as an engineer how will U̶̲̥̅̊ fit into banking,that Ȋ̝̊̅§ all I cud remember. But as my piece of advice, get 1 or 2 questions in mind dat will engage d interviewer. Wishing U̶̲̥̅̊ d very best.
