Am a 400L student in nigeria and I will be graduating June 2014 and hoping to be among the selectees for dvlottery 2014. If my visa gets approved by january 2014, can I extend my depature to august 2014?

NO !!! U haf just 6months after ur visa issuance date to travel. Anything beyond 6months means forfeiture. Thanks !!!

Of course your marital status could change after applying and the KCC recognises that,but I hope you and your fiancee have been together for some time,and you ve got some courtship pictures as well.They will come in handy in your case.
