I totally agree with kaffy4bill. Your baby is fine. Don't get worried over his weight. Just feed him well and make sure he is fine. Feeding on demand is ok. And not all children grow at the same rate. My daughter was 2.8kg at birth and was also around that 4.5kg at 3 months. But now, she is a very big baby . she was exclusively breastfed though. And please don't give any teething formula to your baby. Keep your environment clean and keep his feeding things clean.if he's running temperature,give paracetamol and if it continues, take him to the hospital. My baby now has 6 teeth with 2 others coming out and I never used any teething whatever.

. Ok I get your point but even at that what is contained in Enfamil other products do not have it except similac. So for a change you can use Enfagrow at 9 months

I undstd ur point, bt there s an average expected weight for age for every child. It helps in monitoring weight gain in children. Her baby's weight s in d lower limit of normal, so if she can feed more often i think it ll help. Of course, there s no cause for alarm

Thanks for ur prompt response. She feeds repeatedly and always wants to feed more.Sometimes at a stretch we may sit for 2hrs feeding her after each burp.And wen I express the milk the flow is much.So I think she is getting enough just that I don't know why the weight is dragging

Express nd feed her with a feeding bottle so u can c how much she takes,maybe she's nt latching well

its normal for babies to lose weight for the first 2/3 weeks of birth. google it up and read more. (5-10%) is considered normal, but the baby should be back to birth weight on or before 4 weeks. i think everything you have said is consistent with this

The mixture comprises of corn, millet, tapioca, sorghum i think. If you are in lag, i can show u when i come. As for the calcium they didn't write any name in english but all in chinese. I will bring it also while coming. That is if you are in lag.

Do you have original ori (sheabutter), if you do, put it in his nose ( small quantity) and rub the rest around the nose.

Thanks. I've been doing the steaming with mentholatum and hot water since day before yesterday, hoping for a relief soon.

lol. listen to every1 nau, ur baby s fine. u need to describe d hairloss. is it mainly d front hair, like dandruff,or is it all over her scalp? Did u change shampoo or smthg?

Someone advised I start now so that when he starts teething, it won't disturb him. He takes NAN and I breastfeed him also. He takes NAN twice a day, I don't give him weekend.

I don't keep records but he sucks fine. In the day, anytime he starts disturbing, I put bresst in his mouth. He sucks at least 4 times before daybreaks

I just read the instructions on the formula, it's like the nanny @ the daycare has been given him only water as in his food is always very light. I planned doing the measurement at home into his feeding bottles, theirs is to just put the water and feed him.

I won't give him the teething drug.

Mainly the front hair. No, i didn't change his shampoo, it's still Johnson, i don't wash his hair everyday either and i use coconut oil for his hair.
