@jade Thanks for ur response. I think I was the one not understanding d little man then, I was equating evry cry to mean hunger, and of course he didn't know how to say no, even when he was full he kept sucking. Now he sucks max of 40mins, if he's still cranky, I curdle or rock him and he sleeps off. 1 Like |

@mcfemad,ow u dey, longtime no see ,so d lil man is alredy trying to grab food, wonderful,in my own opinion(wich was wat I did wth my 1st kid),I gave him cereal wen he cloked 6mnths,then waited for him to clok 9mnths befor I started givin him adultfood ,some folks said I waited too long, but I felt twas best his digestive system shud mature properly before processing adultfood, but durin d 6-8mnths period,I'd giv him some stew or soup to lick, just a tiny bit onmy finger,so dt he can get accustomed to diff flavors |

Jade William: @Omogemi. Kudos@Jade its a pleasure. u r welcome. hows ur little girlie now. ype pyzdan: @omogemi tanx a million. I will try dat. Didnt knw its dis bad. I pray the hairs grow on time, i dnt like the way it look. But how long do u think it will take for the bald area to grow hairs? Pls reply. Tanx once again@pyzdan that type of eela can be so annoying. fortunately, my daughters' own was mild. my neighbours daughter had ur baby's type. it just started growing back when she was abt 8 months. she's abt 10 months now. that eela will scrape d hair off. there's nothing u can do except get agbo. i understand there's a particular agbo for that type of eela. i think a teaspoon will also be given to drink. i dont know what its made up of. i only know d MIL was d one who went to buy it. i also helped get that red leaf which was boiled and used for bathing alone. if u can get d leaf around ur area. but i ll advise u to get d leaf boil it and use it for baby bath. also get coconut oil. then go get the agbo it will be very good if u can. just go to the local herb sellers and tell them what u want. |

My little man just clocked 2wks 2day, he doesn't suck breast, he suck small, leave it n start crying since birth till now buh if I squeeze it into his cup or feeding bottle he takes it very well. I'm so worried. Pls any advise.are you sure his mouth is properly latch onto your bosom? If he isn't properly latch on, he will find it difficult to suck and this might be the reason why he doesn't suck for long. Another thing is proper placement/positioning during breastfeeding, how do you positin him when you want to breastfeed him? If you are first timer, you might need an experienced person to show you how. If a baby isn't properly positioned for breastfeeding,he will have difficulty when sucking |

hello everyone ! my baby is a month + now, she has a bloated stomach since birth, when I took her to the paed he asked if av been giving her concotion (agbo) or water which I didn't give any and I said no, he then prescribed ampiclox drops. she has taken it and the stomach is still big, what can I do to make her tommy become normal. pls I need your responds am worried. |
Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by imurboss: 10:16pm On Jul 01, 2014 |
^^^ I really don't know what it is but why not take her back to the paed and let him know that there's no improvement. A good paed should know what to do next if the ampiclox drops didnt dô anything,it's better than self-medicating. Please take to the hospital ASAP,God will perfect His healing upon hèr 1 Like |

Does she stool and fart well? If there were a problem, she wouldn't hv remained so till nw. Try to wait it out, don't gv anything. As long as she s active, feeds well, stools, farts. U cld also seek a 2nd opinion frm anoda paed. Pls don't gv her herbal meds o. Tk care |
