I noticed every time ibos are asked to leave the north and head back to their hometowns, they leave the north for Lagos, and Ibadan. Only few of them return to the East. It's funny how these people hate yoruba so much but they continue to force themselves and move to our land in millions, yet we don't move to theirs. pls, when you leave the north, go to ibo land. When and what time and what article did you see this from? First of all, WTF is in Ibadan that anybody would head their for? It is nothing but a God damn Village. Secondly when and what year did they turn Enugu, Calabar, Anambra into SW because last time I checked this were the cities most of the returnees went to and their articles upon articles all over the internet to prove this fact. Or is this another one of una desperation to steal other people cities and claim as your own as you did Warri? The amount of returnees residing in Asaba surpasses that of the returnees in the ENTIRE SW. I doubt even one stepped foot in the entire SW Actually BRING ANY NEWS SOURCE that have reported ANY Igbo heading from north to SW. I want that proof right now. There are 4million Igbos in Cameroun according to their site. Igbos are actually over-populated and that is why you find them everywhere. If you still go to Igboland, it is over-populated. I however doubt if there are many Igbos in Ibadan though. Lagos, Abuja and Kano is understandable. |

Abagworo: There are 4million Igbos in Cameroun according to their site. Igbos are actually over-populated and that is why you find them everywhere. If you still go to Igboland, it is over-populated. Trust me, they are everywhere............like sand. In Cameroun, they are treated as immigrants after the pepper the ibos showed them before they attained their self-rule. After the 2nd WW, southern Cameroun was adminstered from nigeria and ibos moved in droves to the region. In no time they started their usual marginalisation of the indigenes, plus chest-beating and sheer dispect for the locals hence South cameroun opted to join their brothers up north than be joined with nigeria knowing fully well what fate awaits them in nigeria. |

The igbos tend to be normadic colonizers.They tend to tap into opportunities others haven't seen,leaving their native lands as country resorts. Though some igbos like my father never loved any other place but his home land.He never stays in lagos for more than one week at a time,mostly when he is travelling abroad or he's got functions to attend.He thinks lagos is a mad city and it is quite true.We use to wonder why,we never use to see what he iwas seeing,until we've been.No same person will want to make lagos as it is a permarnent residence,unless he/she hasn't got a choice. |
