I am a graduate of Philosophy, second class upper division (4.0 gpa). I have over ten years Human Resources experience. Recently, I made a career move that ended badly, I got a very good offer to manage a hospitality company, after
resigning my job to accept the offer my new employer decided he could not afford the salary he offered, he could only afford 1/5 of it! I resigned the appointment. Now I need another job, I would prefer to enter the university system as the was my first love, but I'm no longer interested in Humanities/Arts as I believe that most of what we were taught does not have any relevance to the labour or the society as it is now. I have gotten the form for a masters in Industrial and Labour Relations,but my heart is in lecturing or training, please advice me on what I can do? But pls bear in mind that I don't have any capital or job presently. Thanks
