I tested it... But on getting home I noticed the phone doesn't Charge .... plus the Charger he gave me with the phone is not even working at all(I tested that on another phone)...

He was just another Bloody scammer on Nairaland... Called him and he refused to pick.... Nairaland has really turned to something else

Sorry about that. Just accept your fate and move on. You have learnt a lesson. When next you are buying something that is used. Take your time to get it tested. I believe you're in a hurry hence you didn't take your time to get it tested. Always ask the seller, Hope you are not in a hurry cos I will take my time to get it tested. If he objects, FLEE !!

How do you test a charging port while on the go? Some will say powerbank, but we also know some powerbanks behave somehow or not everyone has one.

Nobody is seeing anything wrong in the fact that someone sold a defective device and has refused to respond. That to some people is also nani667 fault? We are wicked in this country sha......

there's nothing anyone can do, my advice is this anyways, always go along with power bank when buying a phone from someone you've not met before, and once you notice some faults that he/she didn't tell you while negotiating on phone or the pic sent to you didn't show become apprehensive or cancel the deal. I've bought a corpse from someone here before, I didn't die it only made me wiser and perhaps the other party more unfortunate grin, shine ur eyes people! When it's someone you've bought from before you can be a little relaxed.

I contacted the scammer about the fone he assured Me all was well, then once I asked if it was a clone he got confused started saying does infinix have clones? that he has been using the fone and don't know wether its a clone. so with the response I coded, then told him to start coming to Oshodi from his ikorodu base that I'm on my way. just to punish him. I'm sure he came to Oshodi waiting on me but I no even move reach my door. next thing he blocked me on watsap loll. and next thing again I'm seeing someone crying here bout the fone.


guys open ur eyes, scammers everywhere. don't go for too cheap phones.
the best thing is just to buy a brand-new phone so u don't have excuses. Just like now last week wanted to sell a tecno y6 but wen my lil sis made d fone fall and d screen stopped touching I had to withdraw the sales.
