I downloaded a file this morning and after that my phone freezed i removed the battery and put it back but my phone now boots only to remain on the nokia display all day long,it has refused to start up.please help me,what do i do?

if u installed the file on your memory card, try starting up the phone without the memory card in it,
if that doesn't work, do a hard format. to hard format your phone, do this press green button, asterisk (*) & 3 button and the power on.

that is,
hardformat = green button(answer button) + * + 3 , then u press the power button while holding those three keys,
man no break your hand o, lol.

if that don't work, man ya grounded, u got to flash that phone and that's one issue i'm not about to go into, just give it to a phone tech to flash for u, its about 2k or less to flash.

P.S: even if u got them cable, man don't try to flash it yourself, until u really know how to.
