u still dnt get it, do u? The guy steals 'legitimately'. It can't fall back on him. He awarded a contract based on executive decision, your photocopy and dead president stopped d ongoin work saying it didn't pass through d senate. What happened in the end? The company sued nigeria in such amount dt we can't lay claim on d money again. In which ever way, a contract has been legitimately awarded, he has collected his own share, work wld have went on and probably like d gsm and d deregulation of the oil sector we shld have seen some changes. He's a business man, i jes love dt guy. Wish i cld think like him...

Just imagine:

1.) OBJ ruled for 8yrs as President...He doubled as Petroleum Minister as well.

2.) The thieving old man allocated our Oil Blocks (yes, our patrimony!) to some fictitious company, using "fronts"!

3.) The beneficiary company sells the oil blocks to another company...just to create "smoke" between it and OBJ.

4.) Eight years later, the "buying company" appoints OBJ as "special adviser"! shocked shocked

Tell me, Who is fooling who? ADVISER my foot!
