If one vote = 5%, how come someone with 2 votes has 11% ,another fellow 3 votes has 16%(PDP at work)..

E.g, if one is leading in a poll group, the person percentage will rise above the remaining three and in another group poll, the leading person votes can be higher that the other leading people in order group poll thereby making it appear as such!
