Fellow people, I have a friend who's body is always cold especially her palms.
She also has eye sacs and I have advised her to seek medical attention since this does not seem normal to me but she claims its normal.
Pls what do you guys think about this? Is it normal?

Pls mods help move this to the front page. Thanks

Why do you want to move this to the front page? It's your friend's problem isn't it?
From what you described, your friend seems to have hypothermia but if she has been this way since birth and isn't having any health issues, then she is probably fine and you should leave her alone.
Or better still, try to get her to see a doctor to confirm that all is well because below normal body temperatures are usually indicative of serious health problems such as anomalies with the heart or circulatory system.
It's left to your friend to decide whether or not to see a doctor.
